Tyre Lettering Warranty

Permanent Tyre Lettering:

Your Permanent Tyre Lettering is warrantied against manufacturer mistake or defect for pre-installation only. Any spelling error or design error noticed after installation voids any claim to a warranty, remake, or return claim.

The lettering is designed to last the lifetime of the tyre and is subject to the care and custody of the owner of the letters. Once installed, any warranty claim of missing letters should be made to us at sales@tyrewallstickers.com. Missing letters will be replaced at no charge, within 30 days of purchase.

All claims are subject to customer service approval. Before any claim can be considered, photographic evidence must be emailed, along with your name, original order number, and contact information to sales@tyrewallstickers.com.

Under no circumstances will any approval be made outside of the framework specified above. Because of the nature of DIY installation procedures, customer service may require you submit proof of purchase evidence of ancillary products required for a successful installation, such as the purchase of acetone/alcohol for tyre prep.

Our Permanent Raised Tyre Stickers if installed correctly should last the lifetime of the tyre. The Tyre Stickers will not fall off from normal driving conditions however we cannot be held responsible for damage to the stickers from abrasion from curbs, car washes or similar or discolouration and staining due to chemical contaminants. Abrasion damage due to curb, wheel well, wheel mounting, car wash or similar is not under warranty though repair and replacements can be purchased.

We offer a 90-day warranty on all of our tyre sticker kits if they are proven to be defective (stain, crack or fade). Our products are NOT covered under warranty if they are damaged or not installed properly (see above). 

By purchasing a D.I.Y. kit you agree that issues associated with the product that has been installed by distributors, service shops or yourself are beyond the responsibility of Tyrewallstickers.com though we may be able to assist in diagnosing the source of the issue. For replacement letters, words or symbols please email sales@tyrewallstickers.com with your order details and replacement requirements for a custom invoice, or you can purchase spares from our online shop.

Adhesive Lifetime

The adhesive for Permanent products has a shelf life of fewer than 6 months, please apply product prior to this time for ideal results. For all custom orders, a store credit can be issued for manufacturer defects.
