Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Carriers

• UK deliveries: we use tracked Royal Mail 24 and Royal Mail 48 for all orders.
• International deliveries: we use Royal Mail International, UPS, or in some cases DHL / FedEx

Delivery estimates

When you place an order, we'll estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the provider you select, these estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. As every decal is made to order, please allow for production time in addition to transit time.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates for many of our items are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its product detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.

International customs & duties

For international orders, any customs duty, import tax, or handling fee is the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for these charges, and we have no control over them.

If a parcel is returned to us because customs duty was not paid or the delivery was refused:

• No refund will be issued for the order.
• You will be charged for delivery again if you would like the item re-sent.
• We will hold returned items for 30 days. After 30 days, unclaimed items are destroyed and you will need to place a new order.

Returns & Refunds

Please note: all sales are final.

Every one of our tyre wall stickers is custom made to order to fit your specific tyre. Because of this, our items fall outside the standard 30-day return/cooling-off period, and we cannot accept returns simply because you've changed your mind, these decals cannot be resold. We rely on the information you provide when placing your order, so accidental typing errors or incorrect information (verbal or typed) are not grounds for a refund or exchange.

Faulty or incorrect items

If there is a provable error or defect with your product, please email photographic evidence to sales@tyrewallstickers.com. If approved, you'll be eligible for an exchange, upgrade, or store credit. Where a refund is genuinely warranted, the appropriate amount will be processed within 3 business days.

As our kits are custom made and cannot be resold, standard and custom orders are non-returnable. In the rare event a return is agreed, we can refund the cost of the glue and tyre prep cleaner (if the item is sent back to us), and in some cases up to 50% of the material cost.

Unauthorised returns

If you return an item to us without prior authorisation, you'll be responsible for all shipping costs to have it sent back to you.

Sizing — please read before ordering

We check every order to make sure it isn't oversized. Unless you select the exact match option, our decals ignore any existing lettering already moulded into the tyre wall, so please don't order a standard decal expecting it to line up perfectly with what's already on the tyre. If you're unsure about anything at all, please get in touch before ordering. We pride ourselves on our customer service and are always happy to answer any questions.

Chargebacks

Misuse of chargebacks will not be tolerated.

About Our Decals

Our tyre wall stickers are made to order and fully custom. You can change the text if you'd like, and we make decals for e-scooters, cars, bikes, lorries, trailers... anything with a tyre.

Fitting

Please follow the detailed installation guide when fitting your decals. We've done everything on our end to make sure they're easy to install and will fit correctly; however, this is a DIY product and mistakes can happen. If a decal comes off, it's usually down to a fitting issue but we'll always be more than happy to help.

Replacements & repeat orders

We have thousands of designs saved from over the years. If you need a replacement for a spare tyre or a single replacement letter, we may ask you for some additional information, as not all decals are the same. We'll do our very best to match the design you ordered previously, but please note we can't guarantee it will look exactly the same.
